Fork in the Road. Digital image. “The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost. N.p., n.d. Web.

This image depicts a fork in the road and the compass isn't working which represents that no outside source can choose the path to take. The choice is up to you to decide and each path has bumps in road that can lead you astray. Siddhartha was trying to figure out his path either to live without suffering or have a wealthy lifestyle. When he wanted to live without desire and suffering he ran into a obstacle, Kamala, who he wanted to win over. He became a merchant to buy things for her but soon realized he was lead astray from his path of achieving nirvana. He then left anything behind and continued on his original path to find nirvana.
